2. What is the Purpose of Using Cookies?
As the Company, we use cookies for various purposes on our site and process your personal data through these cookies to perform the basic functions necessary for the operation of our website, increase its functionality, and provide ease of use.
In line with the purposes within the scope of this Clarification Text, your personal data may be processed without your consent (explicit consent) if at least one of the legal data processing conditions in the second paragraph of Article 5 of the KVKK Law exists: clearly prescribed by law, mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, mandatory for our Company as the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation, and mandatory for the legitimate interest of our Company, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject. In cases where these data processing conditions are not met, your personal data will only be processed if your explicit consent is obtained.
Regarding the operation of functional cookies, performance (analytical) cookies, and advertising/marketing cookies other than strictly necessary cookies, we ask for your consent unless there is a data processing condition other than your consent. If you allow the use of these cookies, your personal data may be processed based on the legal ground of your consent.
3. To Whom and For What Purpose Are Processed Personal Data Transferred?
Your collected personal data may be transferred to the companies from which we procure services for cookies and other technical service providers within the scope of our legitimate interest, and to legally authorized public institutions within the scope of being clearly prescribed by law and fulfilling our legal obligations, to the extent required by the purposes set forth under Heading 2 of this Clarification Text, within the framework of the provisions regarding the transfer of personal data in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.
4. How Can I Control the Use of Cookies?
You can control the use of cookies through the warning screen we offer you or by changing your browser settings. However, in this case, it may not be possible to benefit from some or all functions of the site. Some cookies, such as technical cookies mandatory for the functionality of the site, cannot be blocked.

What are your rights as a data subject?
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK Law, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- Request information if your personal data has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
- Request the rectification of personal data if it is processed incompletely or inaccurately, and request notification of this rectification to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
- Request the erasure or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law, excluding legal limits, and request notification of this erasure and destruction to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
- Object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- Claim compensation for the damage in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
How will you apply to the data controller?
You can submit your requests regarding your rights listed above to our company in writing with a wet signature, or by using a registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the electronic mail address previously notified to our company by the data subject and registered in our company's system. You can use the application form on our website for your application.
For applications to be made in writing, the application address is "Halkalı Merkez Mah. Basın Ekspres Cad. No:1 Küçükçekmece/İstanbul". In order for a person other than the personal data subject to make a request, there must be a special power of attorney issued by the personal data subject on behalf of the person who will apply.
Duly submitted requests to our Company will be concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest. If the response exceeds ten pages, a processing fee of 1 Turkish Lira may be charged for each page over ten pages. If the response to the application is given in a recording medium such as a CD or flash memory, the cost of the data recording medium may be requested.
Our Company may stop using the cookies we use on our website, change their types or functions, or add new cookies. Therefore, we reserve the right to change the provisions of this Clarification Text at any time. Any changes made to the current Clarification Text will become effective upon being published on our website or any public medium.
